Touch Screen/ KIOSK/ IVSS Interfaces

Our Team is quite conversant developing interfaces with various equipments like Touch Screen Kiosk etc for automating various labor oriented Services. We developed various DDEs, DLLs, and OCX etc for interfacing with multi vendor equipments to collaborate online.

Mediation Software

Developed for the Department of Telecommunications, interacts with the Telecom Switches like E10B, EWSD and OCB etc for CALL DATA based interfaces and various systems like ‘Customer Care system’, ‘Telecom Revenue Accounting system’ etc.,

Interactive Voice Response System Interfaces

This IVRS software was developed for the Complaint Booking of the Faults of Department of Telecom. The software and its various interfaces are used all over India in various BSNL Units. All major IVRS companies who are supplying the IVRS machines to BSNL use this application.

Machine Translator (English to Spanish)

Developed for a US client, this software translates sentences, paragraphs and even whole document from English to Spanish. This software can work as a stand-alone module or can be invoked as a tool from within popular word processors like MS-word and Word Perfect. This software is intelligent enough to even retain the formatting information (font name, font size, indentation, bullets, bold, underline, italics etc.,) in the translated text.

Voice Recognition and Machine Translation (English to Spanish)

Developed for a US client, this is an enriched version of the Machine translator detailed above. In addition to the featured detailed in the above software, this software understands the voice both in English and Spanish and converts into text. Optionally, the English voice can be converted into Spanish Text.

Bilingual Word processor (English & Spanish)

Developed for a US client, this is a full-fledged word processor. This software has all the features of any standard word processors like text formatting, tables, page-setup, spell check, grammar check etc. The highlight of this software is that the spell check and grammar check are available in both the languages. In addition to these, machine translation and Bi-lingual voice recognition features are also inbuilt.

Fault Testing Software

This is Telephone Fault testing software for various Telecom Switches for interacting with Fault Booking systems. The software does various tests like initial testing, bulk testing, final testing etc. This software is developed for the Department of Telecommunications and can be adopted for almost all Telecom Switches.
