Implementation

PSL we have a good track record of running projects on time and on budget.
We conduct our implementations as projects, in partnership with our
client. PSL believe that no two clients are the same, and no two projects
are the same. We take the time to understand their environment, their
requirements and expectations, the strengths of their staff and work with
them for a successful implementation.
Methodology
We have a proven implementation methodology. We will share the same with
our Client, but recognize that organizations may have their own
methodology. We do not seek to impose our methodology, however we make
them understand that it is important to use project management tools in
any IT implementation project.
Stages of a Project
We see the project comprising of the six stages. They can overlap a
little, but they allow us to build up a common view of the project, and
from that we can start planning.
Throughout
the project we also envisage two activities that run in parallel namely Project Monitoring and Change Control and Communications
