This Office equipped with sufficient staff for attending Customer Calls in dedicated telephone lines and exactly works like a Call Centre with Software Engineers.
We have provided an exclusive web site for booking Customer Complaints and a docket number will be issued to the Customer. The respective Engineer who in charge will periodically update the site after execution of the work or after assigning the work for the Senior Engineers in the Lab. The respective Engineers will update the work status in the site so that the Customer can view their status of Complaint online in the net. This is strictly monitored by the Senior Management to provide the best Customer Care for PSL Clients

PSL have also established necessary connectivity to establish connection to the Customer Servers directly or through the net depending on the situation and to provide instant World Class support from the top technical team at our R&D.
